I didn't think so. And because you're so good to yourself, here's a little gift to make things even easier. This is the first in a series of randomly placed quickies to help you squeeze some yoga in to your day. In this episode, we'll dive right into a bit of nadi shodhana and loosen up with some marma point exercises. I like this little diddy first thing in the morning when I've not got much time before needing to plunge into a busy schedule. But, don't think these are strictly relegated to the realm of the just waking. Oh, no. You can have a quickie pretty much anytime of the day, or night for that matter. That's right. There's always room for a quickie... a yoga quickie that is.
